From the Korean Nursery Songs Jazz Collection, SeoulmateRadio features Mama Lisa and Sharon Kwon’s collaboration.
In an intimate live show at hotdog shop, Crazy Charlie’s, Lisa is joined by some of Michigan’s finest jazz talent including Randy Napoleon (Freddy Cole Quartet, Michael Bublé Tour), Tom Knific (Michel Legrand, Gene Bertoncini), and David Alvarez III (Benny Green Trio, Clayton Brothers Quintet).
Together they play a series of songs ranging from reinterpreted Korean lullabies, jazz standards, and a rendition of a song by Detroit production studio, XCVIII [98].
